Please read these terms and conditions before purchasing from this site, as by ordering you indicate you accept them. You have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days upon receipt of the goods. However this does not apply to pierced earrings, in the interests of hygiene. Up until this time, we will be happy to exchange goods if they are returned to us in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note all measurements are approximate, as are descriptions. If an error is found in either price or description at time of ordering we will provide a refund and/or cancel the order.

Please check your order and correct any errors before clicking on the pay now button. Delivery charges are available in the Shopping Basket. These will be calculated automatically, and show before you are asked to pay. All prices and delivery charges are valid for the UK only. If you are outside the UK, we will contact you with a quote upon request.

We accept payment by all major UK Credit and Debit Cards through Paypal.

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered, we will offer you an exchange, repair or refund as appropriate, please notify us immediately. If you change your mind about an item, an exchange or refund is available, providing the item has not been worn, in the original packaging, with your receipt within 10 days of purchase.
